Return Policy

At Kapse Paithani, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Paithani sarees. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy ensures a transparent and hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided.
  • Customized or made-to-order sarees are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products purchased during flash sales or clearance events.
  • Gift cards and digital vouchers.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

3. Return Process

  • After successful delivery, a Return button will be visible in your order details page.
  • Return your desired items by simply clicking the Return button and providing the reason for return.
  • If your order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), please provide your bank details for refund processing.
  • For online payments, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product type or similar value item.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.

7. International Orders

  • Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • All customs duties and shipping charges are non-refundable.
