All orders are fulfilled through Shiprocket, India's leading shipping aggregator. Shiprocket partners with multiple courier services (Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, etc.) to provide the best delivery options.

1.2 Order Processing

  • Order verification: 1 business day
  • Packaging: Handled with premium protective materials
  • Dispatch: All orders shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation
  • Tracking information sent via email/SMS upon dispatch

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

2.1 Standard Shipping

2.2 Express Shipping

Available at an additional ₹200. Delivery in 2-3 business days (metro cities only). Order before 12 PM for same-day dispatch.

3. International Shipping

Currently available to select countries. Contact us before ordering for international shipping options.

  • Delivery time: 7-15 business days
  • Shipping charges calculated at checkout
  • Customs/duties are the customer's responsibility

5. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

5.1 Delivery Attempts

Courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

5.2 Failed Deliveries

Items may be returned to sender after failed attempts. A restocking fee may apply for returns. Contact us within 24 hours to request reshipment (additional charges may apply).

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Holidays & Peak Seasons

Delays are possible during festivals (Diwali, Navratri, etc.) and extended processing may occur during sale periods.

6.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, courier strikes, or other events beyond our control.
